About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Ambassador: You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.
  • Appointment Coordination: You will be responsible for coordinating appointments and ensuring that our clients receive a personalized consultation from our team of experts.
  • Technology and Innovation: You will work with the latest hearing aid and sound technologies, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
  • Hearing Tests and Measurements: You will conduct hearing tests and measurements using state-of-the-art technology, providing accurate and reliable results.
  • Hearing System Configuration: You will be responsible for configuring and fine-tuning hearing systems and hearing assistance systems, as well as producing ear impressions.
  • Customer Relationships: You will maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing ongoing support and ensuring that their hearing needs are met.
