About the Role
As a Managing Partner at Amplify Hearing, you will play a crucial role in leading the delivery of exceptional hearing care services within optical practices. You will also be an integral partner in the business, contributing your expertise and leadership to drive the success of the venture.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting patient diagnostics by administering hearing evaluations, tests, and/or examinations.
- Fitting and dispensing hearing aids and recommending proper assistive devices according to patient needs.
- Educating patients on using their hearing aids or other hearing accessories.
- Providing appropriate aftercare for all patients to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
- Working closely with the optometry staff and leveraging patient referral programs.
- Taking the lead in outreach initiatives for the practice.
Requirements
- HIS, BC-HIS OR Au.D
- Ability to establish partnerships and build rapport with the optometry team.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Excellent people, organizational, and communication skills.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities.
