Primary Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development:
    • Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives to meet company sales objectives.
    • Identify and chase new business prospects within the designated territory.
    • Achieve or surpass sales goals and performance indicators.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong connections with both new and existing clients.
    • Conduct regular client visits to comprehend their requirements and offer customized solutions.
    • Address client issues and concerns swiftly and effectively.
  • Market Insights:
    • Track market trends, competitor actions, and customer preferences.
    • Provide market insights and feedback to the sales management team.

    • Work in tandem with inside sales and support teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
    • Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
    • Prepare and present sales pitches to prospective clients.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Keep precise records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
    • Generate regular sales reports and forecasts.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • A high school diploma or equivalent is essential; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 3 years in field sales, ideally within the HVAC sector.
    • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and expanding market presence.
  • Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of HVAC products and solutions.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
