  • Oversee a portfolio of tenant accounts across designated properties.
  • Investigate disputed overdue account balances and perform account reconciliations.
  • Address tenant inquiries related to account questions and concerns.
  • Analyze and interpret various reports, including aged receivables and tenant ledgers.
  • Issue billing statements and necessary documentation to tenants as required.
  • Understand lease agreements and generate reports utilizing software tools.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve inquiries and facilitate payment collections.
  • Aim to recover overdue balances while upholding a high level of professionalism.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills for effective negotiation and managing challenging conversations.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills to create innovative solutions for payment-related issues.

Educational Background:

An Associate's degree or higher in Accounting is preferred.
