Role Overview: As a Clinical Systems Operations Manager, you will oversee the administration, operation, and advancement of clinical systems. Your responsibilities will include the formulation and execution of business strategies, policies, and procedures related to clinical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in strategic and tactical IT planning, including prioritization, coordination, and status reporting.
  • Facilitate training initiatives across various product lines, developing comprehensive staff training and development programs.
  • Collaborate with user groups and IT units to synchronize plans and activities, including software upgrades and new product installations.
  • Provide regular reports on activity status and resource utilization forecasts.
  • Identify and recommend necessary changes to existing policies and procedures, particularly in relation to future applications or technical initiatives.
  • Support the development and maintenance of application or technology-based systems that enhance hospital operations and timely information delivery.
  • Oversee the assignment, coordination, and review of staff tasks.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Science, Healthcare, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience, focusing on clinical or healthcare application development, process analysis, reporting, and technology implementation.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in staff management.
  • Strong project management skills are essential.
  • Experience in implementing enterprise-wide clinical or healthcare solutions to enhance patient care and operational efficiency is required.
