Daily Responsibilities:
  • Sales Cycle Support: Assist in closing sales cycles by communicating product features and benefits to inquiring customers.
  • Territory Analysis: Analyze our targeted customers using demographic research and stay up-to-date on market trends.
  • Cross-Selling Expertise: Develop expertise in cross-selling approved products to increase revenue.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other Business Development Trainees and the Business Development Manager to achieve client goals.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, or related field is required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development, Account Management, Sales, and/or Management position is highly desired.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, tenacity, and a dedication to professionalism.

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
