Requirements and QualificationsTo succeed as a Business Development Representative, you will need to have a proven track record of success in outside B2B sales, preferably in a cold calling environment. A college degree is preferred, but not required. You must also have excellent organizational, prospecting, canvassing/territory management, and closing skills.

Self-starters with a good work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are encouraged to apply. Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.
