Job Summary
We are looking for a Quality Process Improvement Analyst to join our Segula Technologies team in Kinston, NC. This role involves developing and administering quality systems to ensure product and service integrity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The responsibilities of this position include performing root cause analyses, conducting Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, and developing Control Plans. You will also investigate defects and recommend corrective actions to reduce non-conformance. Additionally, you will interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

A successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or industry and a Bachelor's degree preferred. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, including benefits such as flexible spending accounts, domestic partner coverage, health savings accounts, life and disability plan options, and more.
