Job Title: Methods Agent/Engineer - Aerospace Industry

Location: North Carolina, USA (Full Time - Onsite)

Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Methods Agent/Engineer to join our aerospace manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and overseeing manufacturing processes to ensure the efficient production of high-quality aerospace components and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analyzing feasibility according to optimal methods by assessing the costs, impacts and risks of a change in production
  • Collaborate with Methods Planners in the preparation and revision of manufacturing documents
  • Direct Methods Planners in the preparation and revision of manufacturing documents such as MIWOs, LOGs, TWOs, and Set-Up Documents
  • Analyze equipment and workstation production capacity and create task sequence and capacity analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Engineering, Business or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Methods, Material Planning, composite paneling or related area
  • Experience with composite paneling is required
  • Basic knowledge of SAP, ACAD, Catia V4/V5
  • Basic knowledge of Project Management principles
  • Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings and specifications
