Job Description
">In this critical role, the Home Health Quality Assurance Lead will:

- Monitor and evaluate clinical operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions;">
- Develop and implement quality assurance initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards;">
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives;">
- Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives;">
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.">
Requirements
">To succeed in this position, you should have:
- ">
- A graduate degree from an accredited nursing program;">
- A valid state-issued RN license and proof of current CPR training;">
- At least three years of experience in a leadership or quality assurance role within home health, hospice, or a similar setting;">
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills;">
- Familiarity with quality metrics, regulatory requirements, and electronic health records.">
