Quality Control Manager

AAA USA Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Manager to lead our quality control efforts in the production of aircraft components and assemblies. In this critical role, you will oversee the quality control and assurance processes, ensuring that all manufactured products meet stringent quality standards, regulatory requirements (such as FAA regulations), and customer specifications.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role in aerospace or aircraft manufacturing. You will have a deep knowledge of aerospace industry regulations (e.g., FAA, AS9100, ISO 9001, NADCAP) and how they apply to manufacturing processes. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or a related field is required. Certifications in quality management (e.g., ASQ, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) are preferred.
