Job Summary

In this role, you'll lead and support projects aimed at enhancing our quality management systems and processes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement effective solutions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support projects focused on process improvement and quality management system enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including cGMP and ISO 13485
  • Analyze data and trends to inform process improvements and drive business decisions
  • Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and training programs related to quality management
  • Contribute to the development of quality policies and standards
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and driving process excellence
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems, including cGMP and ISO 13485
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
