Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist colleagues with inquiries related to Workers' Compensation
  • Accurately enter and maintain employee data in our systems
  • Produce reports to evaluate trends and departmental performance
  • Timely update medical billing records
  • Follow up with team members regarding appointments and necessary documentation
  • Provide requested records to Legal and HR departments
  • Handle all payroll-related activities
  • Organize and digitize files in accordance with retention policies
  • Engage in Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Preferred qualifications include an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or Data Science/Analytics
  • At least 1 year of office experience with an emphasis on customer service
