Position Overview:
The GIS Intern will gain hands-on experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) while supporting various GIS initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within a team to enhance your understanding of GIS and contribute to ongoing projects.
- Assist in maintaining and executing tasks related to the GIS program under the guidance of the GIS team.
Qualifications:
Education: Must have completed the junior year of a GIS accredited program or obtained certification from a recognized GIS program.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ESRI software suite is essential. Experience with AutoCAD is preferred.
Communication: Strong ability to effectively communicate with Dairyland employees and member cooperatives.
