About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented GIS Intern to join our team at Dairyland Power Cooperative. As a GIS Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and assist with GIS projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work in a team environment to learn about GIS and assist with ongoing GIS projects.
  2. Maintain and implement functions pertaining to the GIS program under the direction of the GIS team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completed Junior year of a GIS qualified program OR completed certification from a qualified GIS program.
  • Microsoft Office and ESRI suite of software required. ACAD experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Dairyland employees and member Cooperatives.
