Project Management Opportunity

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join their team. This role involves supporting project planning, coordination, and documentation to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.
  • Assist in overseeing daily construction activities to ensure they meet quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and updates for stakeholders, highlighting milestones and any issues encountered.
  • Monitor project expenses and assist in cost management to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
  • Address any project-related problems or conflicts promptly and effectively to minimize delays and disruptions.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of commercial construction experience.
  • Degree in construction management, engineering, or similar field.
  • Knowledge of relevant construction programs.
  • Estimating experience is a plus.
