Role Overview:
As a Client Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing incoming customer inquiries
  • Effectively conveying intricate information over the phone
  • Utilizing various systems for efficient service

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Call Center Customer Service role (handling inbound calls)
  • A high school diploma or GED, along with at least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Preferred experience in the healthcare sector
