KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Engage with clients via phone and email concerning product recalls.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions and experiences related to recalled items.
  • Record any reported injuries linked to recalled products.
  • Address inquiries from management to fulfill customer needs or concerns, including recall procedures, account details, and product return processes.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role.
Skills and Competencies
  • Proficient data entry capabilities.
  • Experience in providing customer service via telephone.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills.
