Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Associate to join our team at a leading global manufacturer of specialty capital equipment. This role will focus on expanding market presence and driving revenue growth through business development plans, relationship building, and market research.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business development plans to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and enhance growth potential.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders that effectively communicate product capabilities and benefits.
- Support the negotiation of contracts and agreements with clients to establish strong partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights to adjust strategies and meet targets.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance visibility and brand reputation.
- Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering-related field.
- 2-3 years of technical sales experience, preferably in capital equipment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building relationships.
