Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our Quality department. The ideal candidate will have experience in office environments, with strong computer skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Quality Manager, including filing, data entry, and other tasks as required.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an office environment.
  • Strong computer literacy, with experience working with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to follow procedures and instructions per ISO/IATF requirements.
