Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Metrology Engineer to join our Process Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining measurement equipment across our Structural Heart franchise.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement measurement systems for metal frames, tissue, and catheters.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure measurement equipment meets regulatory requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and measurement technology advancements.
- Perform statistical analysis and calibration of measurement equipment.
- Provide technical support and training to engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering with metrology focus.
- Familiarity with writing software for measurement.
- Working knowledge of calibration techniques.
- Statistical analysis methods and proficiency with Minitab or JMP.
- Six Sigma certification.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma.
- Medical device experience.
