Medical Device Process Development Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Medical Device Process Development Specialist to join our engineering team in Brooklyn Park, MN. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and qualifying manufacturing processes for the manufacture of medical devices. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading medical device company and contribute to the development of innovative products.
**Estimated Salary:** $95,000 - $115,000 per year
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design, develop, and qualify manufacturing processes for the manufacture of medical devices
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new processes and products
* Conduct feasibility studies, root cause analysis, and testing to ensure process stability and reliability
* Develop and maintain documentation, including process instructions, qualifications, and validation reports
* Interface with customers to discuss project requirements, timelines, and budgets
* Assist with proposal preparation and quotations for clients
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Science, or Technology) or related field
* 2 years of experience in an engineering environment, preferably in medical device development
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Minitab
* Experience with documented change control processes and statistical analysis
