Position Overview:

As a Senior Audit Manager, you will:

  • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional development.
  • Maintain strong relationships with business units to understand risk profiles and ensure adequate audit coverage.
  • Stay updated on trends and advancements in auditing and data analysis techniques.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field.
  • Eight to ten years of audit experience, ideally in a leadership capacity.
  • Advanced knowledge of audit practices and a broad understanding of banking and financial services.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor or Certified Public Accountant are preferred.
