Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage geotechnical engineering assessments for a diverse range of projects.
- Provide expert review and guidance on geotechnical engineering methodologies.

- Mentor and assist in the professional growth of engineering personnel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support business development initiatives, including participation in interviews and proposal evaluations.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in civil or geotechnical engineering.
- Proficient in both design and construction aspects of geotechnical engineering.
- Experience with shallow and deep foundation design, including bridge foundations and retaining structures.
- Familiarity with design parameters for mat-type foundations.
- Competence in using engineering software such as Settle3D, Slide, AllPile, L-Pile, Shaft, CLiq, and LiquefyPro.
- Strong technical writing abilities and effective communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in conducting site-specific ground motion studies.
- Knowledge of cement and lime-treated mix design.
- Successful track record of engaging with regulatory agencies for geotechnical projects.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing engineering teams.
