Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Relationship Agent to join our Consumer Lending team at United Heritage Credit Union. As a Loan Relationship Agent, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls and emails from members, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving loan-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to member inquiries and resolve loan-related issues via phone and email
  • Process internal event requests and provide primary support for the Lease Support Team
  • Assist with various lending tasks and projects
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure minimal hold times
  • Protect member data and verify authorized account members
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center, loan servicing, and/or account resolution environment
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to work with a variety of internal and external clients
  • Understanding of MS Office Suite and technical computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide call resolutions within a short timeframe
