Job Title: Customer Service Professional

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team at Wildfire Virtual Services LLC.

About the Role: As a Customer Service Professional, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to donors for various charities, non-profit and for-profit companies.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to donors via inbound calls
* Maintain accurate data and financial security protocols
* Perform accurate data entry
* Meet the requirements of a contract position (1099)

Requirements:

* Experience in customer service or a related field
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Good problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with customer service software
* MUST pass a background check
* Must have a PC with Windows 10 or 11
* Must have high speed internet (hardwired only)
* Must have a dedicated phone line without voice mail
