Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at the AT&T Hotel & Conference Center. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information on hotel amenities and services, including dining options and local attractions.
  • Make reservations and arrangements for guests, including restaurant bookings and transportation.
  • Assist guests with luggage retrieval and storage, and coordinate with the Guest Services team as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and partners to provide guests with the best possible experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on local events and activities, and provide guests with recommendations and information.
  • Ensure that all guest interactions are handled with professionalism and courtesy, and that all guest concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, and participate in regular communication and educational meetings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to all hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hotel concierge experience an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of the local area and culture an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team, and to focus attention on guest needs at all times.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required.
  • Driver's license required.
