Homebuyer Concierge

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Homebuyer Concierge to join our Sales and Marketing team at Lennar Homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our homebuyers throughout the purchasing process.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for homebuyers from escrow opening to closing, ensuring seamless communication and timely updates.
• Facilitate all Salesforce Purchase Agreement Milestones, ensuring compliance and successful closings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales files and documents, ensuring all necessary information is complete and compliant.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with New Home Consultants to ensure a smooth and efficient homebuying experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
