Visa is seeking a seasoned finance leader to join our Finance Systems Strategy (FSS) team as the Director, Finance Systems Strategy and Portfolio Management. This role will play a critical part in shaping the future of our finance function, driving innovation, and delivering business value.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Visionary: Translate finance vision into a world-class technology end-state architecture, driving the design and execution of major roadmap initiatives.
- Collaborative Leader: Work closely with key stakeholders across Finance, IT, and the broader business to understand needs, identify improvement opportunities, and develop compelling business cases.
- Portfolio Manager: Manage the execution of a portfolio of roadmap workstreams, including project plans, analysis, deliverables, trackers, and other key project artifacts.
- Transformation Expert: Analyze current state and business needs using industry best practices to deliver recommendations, and oversee large, complex, global transformations.
- Strategic Partner: Work successfully in a matrixed environment, influencing without authority, and using subject matter expertise and facts to drive results.
- Experience: 10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3+ years with a PhD.
- Qualifications: MBA strongly preferred, Financial Services and Technology Consulting experience, and experience designing and executing a finance transformation.
