Product Marketing Manager V



BCforward is seeking a Product Marketing Manager V to lead marketing initiatives by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, implementing sales strategies, and managing marketing staff.



The primary focus will be on crafting and promoting marketing messages to drive adoption in specific markets, particularly around business messaging.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Recruit, select, train, and coach marketing team members
  • Contribute to strategic plans by providing marketing insights
  • Prepare action plans and monitor implementation to meet production, quality, and customer service standards
  • Forecast marketing requirements and prepare annual budgets
  • Identify and define market opportunities by understanding consumer needs, analyzing competitor strengths and weaknesses, and establishing targeted market share
  • Enhance product marketability by researching market opportunities, improving product packaging, and coordinating new product development efforts
  • Collect and analyze data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Achieve organizational goals by delivering results that align with the overall marketing and business mission


Requirements:




  • 3-4+ years of experience in product marketing
  • In-bound research experience
  • Proven ability to present effectively to executive leadership
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
