Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Account Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service, and identifying opportunities to grow our business.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences.
  • Provide prompt and accurate service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use a customer-centric approach to identify opportunities to sell additional products and services, and to upsell and cross-sell existing customers.
  • Work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or customer service, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry.
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain), and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
