Territory Operations Manager

ODORZX INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Operations Manager to oversee and manage car washing and detailing operations within a designated territory.
This role requires extensive traveling, as approximately 50% of the time will be spent on the road visiting different locations.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, preferably in car washing and detailing operations, and possess strong leadership and management skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and supervising car wash and detailing operations in the assigned territory.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Training and mentoring team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.
- Monitoring and analyzing operational performance metrics, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of car washing and detailing processes, equipment, and products, and be able to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
