Customer Service Specialist

At Mass Markets, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner. As a key member of our team, you will ensure first call resolution through problems solving and effective call handling. Your ability to research systems to find missing information as applicable will be crucial in resolving customer issues efficiently.
About the RoleThis role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to accurately document and process customer claims in appropriate systems. Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner
- Ensure first call resolution through problems solving and effective call handling
