Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Private school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee office operations, including preparing financial activities, personnel reports, and ensuring compliance with school policies.
* Perform additional human resources and office administration duties as needed.
* Liaise with customers, service providers, vendors, and contractors, acting as the main line of communication.
* Streamline office systems, including organizing filing systems, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and optimizing the organizational budget.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
* Over 2 years of prior management experience or similar work experience in an office environment.
* Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
