Office Administrator

The Office Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the dealership's sales, inventory, and payroll processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and submit funding paperwork for all sales transactions
- Manage dealership inventory, including stocking and intercompany transfers
- Facilitate payroll and Human Resource paperwork for submission to the corporate office
- Sort and post vendor invoices and credit card transactions with correct GL coding
- Oversee title work process and procedures, including MSOs and sales tax submissions
- Prepare reports and schedules for the Area Controller, corporate office, or General Manager
- Assist the General Manager in maintaining an efficient and organized dealership
Requirements:
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of auto dealership accounting systems (IDS, ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
