About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with civil engineering clients to provide expert advice on stormwater product integration. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Presenting project-specific solutions to clients, providing quality design calculations, and expert advice.
  • Managing and tracking projects in the design phase, ensuring all project data is current and communicated to team members.
  • Collaborating with specifying civil engineers to develop secure product specifications.
  • Communicating effectively with field and internal teams to meet stormwater quality, quantity, and runoff reduction objectives.
  • Identifying opportunities in new markets and enhancing our presence in existing markets.
What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a talented engineer with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Your qualifications should include:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Prior experience in civil site projects with an emphasis on stormwater or drainage design.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office products, AutoCAD proficiency is a plus.
