Job Title: Clinical Social Worker

Location: Various Partners Healthcare System locations

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm

Compensation:$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience

Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Social Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional and mental health support to patients and their families
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with colleagues

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work
  • Licensure as an LCSW or LICSW in Massachusetts
  • 2-3 years of post-master's experience preferred
  • Knowledge of adolescent, adult, and older adult patient populations
