Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance.
  • Create compelling ad copy that aligns with client brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Audit and implement conversion tracking and performance measurement strategies to analyze campaign data.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, such as budget pacing, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates, to identify areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure ads and landing pages are optimized for maximum impact.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize ad performance and identify winning strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and performance insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7-9 years proven experience in managing successful paid search campaigns, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Paid Social experience a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant paid search tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid search and digital marketing.
