Job Title: Senior Paid Search Strategist

Gravity Global is a leading marketing consultancy that works with complex brands in complex markets. We are a full-service, integrated brand-to-demand marketing consultancy.

We are seeking a Senior Paid Search Strategist to develop and execute paid search campaigns that achieve our clients' marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience in managing paid search campaigns, a proven track record of achieving measurable results, and a passion for staying ahead of the latest trends and technologies in digital advertising.

The Senior Paid Search Strategist will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing effective paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other search engine marketing channels.
  • Conducting thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities to optimize campaign performance.
  • Creating compelling ad copy that aligns with client brand guidelines and business objectives while inspiring action.
  • Auditing and implementing conversion tracking and performance measurement strategies to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions for ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborating with content and design teams to ensure that ads and landing pages are optimized for maximum impact and relevance.
  • Staying informed on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge and deliver innovative solutions to clients.
  • Conducting A/B tests and experiments to optimize ad performance and identify winning strategies.
  • Providing regular reports and performance insights to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting achievements and suggesting future opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 7-9 years of proven experience in managing successful paid search campaigns, and in-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other relevant paid search tools. They will also have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients and team members.
