Job Title: Law Partner

We are seeking an experienced Law Partner to join our team at Platinum Legal Search Group, LLC. As a Law Partner, you will be responsible for providing legal expertise and guidance to our clients in various areas of law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on mergers and acquisitions, securities, private equity, capital markets, venture capital, banking and finance, corporate governance, project finance, general corporate, funds, litigation, intellectual property, construction and accident, real estate, trusts and estates, labor and employment, and tax matters.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations and provide guidance to clients on compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with other lawyers and professionals to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in law, with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, securities, private equity, capital markets, venture capital, banking and finance, corporate governance, project finance, general corporate, funds, litigation, intellectual property, construction and accident, real estate, trusts and estates, labor and employment, and tax matters.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
