Role Summary

The Sales Executive is tasked with advocating for and marketing Johnson Controls Security solutions and technologies within a designated region. Key Responsibilities

Comply with current Johnson Controls policies, procedures, and service offerings.

Expand market presence by promoting Johnson Controls products and services to new commercial clients. Identify additional sales opportunities within existing accounts and enhance customer systems to align with their needs. Renew contracts with current customers and explore resale opportunities within the assigned region. Utilize innovative lead-generation techniques to identify prospects and foster strong relationships with current clients. Develop personalized call plans and follow-up strategies, applying effective time and territory management practices. Conduct follow-ups with potential clients and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings and customer requirements through ongoing training and research. Seek referrals and collaborate with influential networks. Ensure all paperwork is processed accurately and in accordance with established protocols. Perform post-installation follow-ups to confirm customer satisfaction and adherence to commitments.

Qualifications

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of proven success in commercial sales within the security, IT, or technology sectors, evidenced by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives in both customer and company settings.
