Operations Manager in Training

At Mike's Carwash, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager in Training to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for learning all aspects of our carwash operations and preparing for a General Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Focus: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers leave satisfied with their experience.
  • Leadership: Develop and lead a high-performing team, focusing on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Efficiency: Analyze and improve operational processes, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency gains.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, customers, and management, providing clear and concise updates on operational performance.
Requirements:
  • Extensive Operational Experience: Proven ability to lead and develop small teams, hit goals consistently, and execute day-to-day upkeep of facilities and/or equipment.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to score an 80% on our Money Handling Skills Assessment without using a calculator.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read product manuals and reports, workplace rules and procedures, and speak with poise and confidence.
Work Environment:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The employee will occasionally be required to work with machinery with moving parts and wear gloves. The employee will continuously be required to work outdoors in temperatures of 0-100 degrees Fahrenheit. The employee will occasionally be required to work alone. The employee will frequently be required to work with chemicals and wear eye or hearing protection.
