Position Summary

The Shipping Coordinator plays a crucial role in the boxing and packaging of products, as well as the shipment of customer orders. This position will also involve assisting with order picking, palletizing, and basic kitting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily scanning of products, packaging, and shipping for customer orders, ensuring strict adherence to quality control processes.
  • Efficiently pick products for orders and manage inventory returns for unused or canceled orders.
  • Palletize orders according to specified instructions and prepare them for shipping.
  • Assist in the assembly and packaging of simple kits, following standardized procedures.
  • Provide general support within the warehouse, including organizing products and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or production setting is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety and standardized work practices.
  • Proficiency in computer usage.
  • Capability to operate a pallet jack and other basic warehouse equipment.
