Job Description

TPI Composites is a global provider of structural composites products with a rich history of innovation and expertise in the design, development, and production of advanced composite structures. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation and management of our warehouse, receiving, preparing, and delivering products, materials, and supplies to the appropriate departments or locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming materials, sorting and processing paperwork into our Oracle system.
  • Check in and put away shipments from vendors as needed, maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory of tools and repair materials in the warehouse, performing cycle counts and physical inventory as required.
  • Fulfill and ship orders as needed to support our business operations.
  • Assist in maintaining and ensuring adequate inventory levels in the warehouse, re-packaging inventory as needed for project consumption.
  • Stock and inventory outbound trailers, unloading and segregating stock by yellow tag/green tag.
  • Manage the yellow tag area, testing, and disposition.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, including the tool crib/stock locations and yellow tag area.

Requirements:
  • Warehouse or material handling experience required.
  • Ability to interpret and accurately receive paperwork.
  • Ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Must be able to safely operate equipment such as forklifts.
  • Must be able to adapt to adjusted, changed, or improved work instructions.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and within a group setting.
  • Ability to maintain a safe work environment.
