Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with OEMs and B2B customers in the forklift industry, actively listening to their needs and challenges, and tailoring our solutions to address their specific requirements.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, leveraging your deep understanding of the forklift industry and our AI Visioning Camera technology, educating customers on the benefits of our solutions, overcoming objections, and guiding them through the sales process to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on our AI Visioning Camera technology, providing technical guidance and support to both customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions into customers' existing systems.
  • SaaS Sales: Promote the software-as-a-service (SaaS) component of our AI Visioning Camera solutions, highlighting the value of ongoing updates, support, and scalability, leveraging your experience in SaaS sales to effectively communicate the benefits of our subscription-based model to customers.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with OEMs and B2B customers, serving as a trusted advisor, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering repeat business.
  • Travel: Be prepared to travel up to 60% of the time to meet with customers, provide on-site support, and attend industry events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in a technical sales role.
  • Proven track record of success in the forklift or material handling industry, with a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges.
  • Experience selling SaaS products, with a strong grasp of the benefits and value proposition of subscription-based models.
  • Strong sales skills, including the ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI technology, particularly in the context of safety applications like pedestrian avoidance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on finding innovative solutions to customer challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
