Sales Engineer for AI Visioning Camera Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Application Engineer to drive the adoption of our innovative AI Visioning Camera technology in the forklift industry.
This role involves building strong relationships with OEMs and B2B customers, actively listening to their needs and challenges, and tailoring our solutions to address their specific requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the forklift industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with OEMs and B2B customers in the forklift industry.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, leveraging your deep understanding of the forklift industry and our AI Visioning Camera technology.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on our AI Visioning Camera technology, providing technical guidance and support to both customers and internal teams.
- SaaS Sales: Promote the software-as-a-service (SaaS) component of our AI Visioning Camera solutions, highlighting the value of ongoing updates, support, and scalability.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with OEMs and B2B customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in a technical sales role.
- Proven track record of success in the forklift or material handling industry.
- Experience selling SaaS products, with a strong grasp of the benefits and value proposition of subscription-based models.
- Strong sales skills, including the ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of AI technology, particularly in the context of safety applications like pedestrian avoidance.
