Requirements:

  • Ability to develop and adjust strategies based on market conditions and customer needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade customers.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or Oracle, and a passion for leveraging these tools to enhance sales performance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, sharing insights and supporting collective goals.
  • Understanding and willingness to use the principles of teach, tailor, and take control in customer interactions.
  • High level of professionalism, with a polished demeanor and strong presentation skills.
  • Enjoyment of both the hunt for new business and the execution of sales from start to finish.
  • Dedication to following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and explore additional sales opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
