Position Summary
As an Office Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all necessary documentation and testing materials are prepared prior to the commencement of studies. You will welcome and assist participants, manage incoming calls, and coordinate appointments as required. The ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide participants.
- Manage phone communications, retrieve messages, and schedule appointments as necessary.
- Ensure all documentation is prepared for ongoing tests.
- Prepare and fill syringes prior to studies within a four-hour timeframe.
- Check in participants and provide them with the necessary documentation for the study.
