Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to provide clinical support to patients in our physician practice. As a key member of our team, you'll work under the supervision of our physicians to provide continuity and appropriate care to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain medical equipment, including pulse oximeters, EKG machines, and nebulizers.
  • Provide age-appropriate care to patients, including phlebotomy and basic lab procedures.
  • Manage electronic health records and obtain prior authorization for medications and testing.
  • Triage incoming clinical phone calls and messages from patients.
  • Maintain proper inventory of medical supplies.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Registered Nurse licensure in North Carolina (or compact state).
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
