In this role, you will provide advanced administrative support to the Department of Medicine, ensuring the effective functioning of the department's administrative functions. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings and travel, prepare detailed reports, and handle sensitive administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage confidential information with discretion.

Your responsibilities will include providing high-level administrative support, managing senior leadership schedules, serving as the main point of contact for visitors, coordinating meetings and events, handling calls and communications, and maintaining confidential files and documents. You will also oversee administrative functions, assist with financial tasks, and supervise and mentor interns and volunteers.
